Express: Delivery 24 hours after placing the order (working days): Price €7.90. Not valid for personalized bags and handmade products (mineral collection).
Standard: FREE on orders over €70 and €3.90 on orders under €70. Delivery time 2-5 working days from when it leaves our offices.

Personalized bags with initials take between 3-5 business days to leave our offices since they are made one by one.
During sales or holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends or in August), delivery times may be longer than those established.
The money paid for products in the Special Prices section will not be refunded, as they are on sale and the money will be paid in the form of a voucher to spend in store with no expiration date.
Returns
You have 15 days from when you receive your order to return it, as long as the products are in perfect condition.
You have 3 options:
Product exchange: Fill in the form and we will prepare the new order while you return the original.
Gift card (valid for 1 year): No return cost.
Refund: The customer assumes the cost of return (5€ in Spain / 10€ outside Spain).
Products that are in the Archive Sales section will not be refunded the money paid, as they are on promotion and the money will be credited in the form of a voucher to spend in shop without expiration date.
