Return Policy

For us the most important thing is that you are happy with your purchase.

You have 15 days (after receiving the order) to return the product, as long as the products are in perfect condition (unless it is a problem/defect on our part). Except for the earrings, since for hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. The same as PERSONALIZED products that cannot be returned either.

You have 3 options:

- Product exchange by filling out the form so that we can prepare the new order while you return the original order.

- Refund of the value of the product in a gift card, with an expiration date of 1 year. We will pay for the cost of the return.

- Refund of the value of the product with return cost to be paid by the customer (5€ in Spain and 10€ outside Spain).

The customer will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs.

For shipping, you must use the original packaging in which you received your order or other packaging as long as the product reaches us in perfect condition.

The products that are in the Archive Sales section will not be refunded the money paid, as they are on promotion and the money will be credited in the form of a voucher to spend in store without expiration date.
