Return Policy
For us, the most important thing is that you are happy with your purchase.
You have 15 days (after receiving your order) to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition (unless the problem/defect is on our part). Earrings are excluded, as they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Personalized products are also non-returnable.
BLACK FRIDAY and CHRISTMAS:
At MIND TRAVELER BCN we want your experience to always be comfortable and flexible.
Therefore, all orders placed from November 23rd onwards have an extended return period until January 15th.
During this period, you can request a refund for your order by following the usual steps outlined in our general policy.
The garments must be in perfect condition, unused and with all original tags.

You have 3 options:
- Exchange product by filling out the form so we can prepare the new order while you return the original order.
- Refund of the product value in the form of a gift card , valid for 1 year. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund of the product value with return shipping costs borne by the customer (€5 in Spain and €10 outside of Spain).
For shipping, you must use the original packaging in which you received your order or other packaging as long as the product arrives to us in perfect condition.
Products in the Archive Sales, Summer Outlet, Outlet, and Last Units sections will not be eligible for a refund, as they are part of a promotion. Instead, the money will be credited in the form of a voucher to be spent in-store with no expiration date.
MINDTRAVELER will not be responsible for any products purchased from an affiliated retailer; any issues arising from such transactions must be resolved directly with the retailer.
