Shipping Policy

Free shipping within mainland Spain on orders over €80.

Shipments are made via Correos Express or GLS.

Delivery times within mainland Spain are:

Express: We prioritize order processing. Your order will arrive within 24-48 hours of placing it (business days): Price €7.00. Orders containing a pre-order item will not be shipped via express shipping, but within the timeframe indicated for the pre-order.

Standard: Price €3.90. Delivery in 3-5 business days.

International shipping (including Portugal) is free on orders over €200. Delivery times for international shipments are 7-9 days.

Europe: €6.90 

Outside Europe: between €19.99 and €60 (delivery time may exceed 9 days).

United Kingdom
Shipments are made via UPS. Shipping may incur import taxes and customs fees. *see below

• Standard Shipping: £9.90 GBP (7-9 days)
• UK FREE SHIPPING on orders over £120, but if the order exceeds £132, once the package arrives in the UK, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duties.

USA: Starting in August 2025, the United States will impose a universal 10% tariff on most imports and eliminate the de minimis exemption for low-value shipments (under $800), requiring customs procedures and payments on almost all packages, according to UPS policies and this report. Tariffs may be higher depending on the country of origin and the merchandise.

Delivery times may vary due to internal factors (workload) and other external factors. During sales or holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends, or August), delivery times may be longer than stated.

Products in the Special Prices section are non-refundable, as they are promotional items. Instead, the money will be credited as store credit with no expiration date.

It is essential to add your ID/PASSPORT number in the "notes" section for orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and countries outside the European Union's free movement of goods area (Schengen Area).

IMPORTANT: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, or if no one is home to receive the package and it is returned to the sender, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

CUSTOMS

Additional import customs charges may apply to shipments to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Réunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, and North and South America.

UPS will notify the customer, and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

The recipient will be responsible for customs clearance fees and any applicable taxes in accordance with the customs regulations in the destination country. Therefore, import charges are not the responsibility of Mind Traveler; the customer is responsible for paying customs duties.
