Shipping Policy

National shipments are FREE on orders OVER 70€.

The delivery time for national shipments within the peninsula is:

Express: We prioritise the preparation of your order. It will arrive 24-48h after placing the order (working days): Price 7,90€. Not valid on personalised bags and handmade products (mineral collection).

Standard: Price 3,90€. Shipping 3-5 days.

  • Fast shipping: 7,70€ (24/48 working days).
    • Standard Shipping: 3,90€ (3-5 working days and Free on orders >70€)
    • Shipping Balearic Islands: 7,50€ (3-5 working days)
    • Shipping Canary Islands: 9€ (5-10 working days) (Provide ID in order notes)

    The delivery time for international shipments is:

    Express/fast shipping: they are safer at international level and are made with the company UPS. The delivery time is 4 - 6 days. The price varies between 17 € - 29 € depending on the shipping area.

    Standard in Europe: 11,90€.

    Deliveries are made by the MAERSK company and the delivery time is 7-12 working days depending on the area to which it is sent.

    Portugal:

    • Fast Shipping: 7,90€ (2-3 working days)
    • Standard Shipping: 5,90€ (5-7 working days)

    United Kingdom:

    • Express Shipping: 15,00 £ GBP (3-5 days)
    • Sandard Shipping: 9,00 £ GBP (7-9 days)

    International:

    • Express Shipping: Price 29.90€ (2-5 working days)

    Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to make the necessary arrangements and prepare the necessary documentation for customs clearance.

    Delivery times may vary due to internal factors (workload) and other external factors. During sales periods or holidays (Christmas, Easter, long weekends or in August), delivery times may be longer than those established.

    The products in the Special Prices section will not be refunded, as they are on promotion and the money will be paid in the form of a voucher to spend in shop with no expiry date.

    In case you need a package for a specific day you can leave it in notes, to try to ensure the delivery date.

    It is essential to add the DNI/PASSPORT in the option "notes Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and countries that do not belong to the area of free movement of goods of the European Union (Shengen Area)".
