Return Policy

The most important thing for us is that you are happy with your purchase.

You have 15 days (after receiving your order) to return the product, as long as it is in perfect condition (unless it is a problem/defect on our part). Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Personalized products are non-returnable.

You have 3 options:

- Exchange a product by filling out the form so we can prepare the new order while you return the original order.

- Refund of the product value on a gift card , with a one-year expiration date. We'll cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund of the product value with return costs borne by the customer (€5 in Spain and €10 outside Spain).

For shipping, you must use the original packaging in which you received your order or another packaging provided the product arrives to us in perfect condition.

Products in the Archive Sales section will not be refunded, as they are on sale. The money will be credited in the form of a voucher to be spent in-store with no expiration date.
