Personalized bags with initials take between 3-5 business days to leave our offices since they are made one by one.

During sales or holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends or in August), delivery times may be longer than those established.

The money paid for products in the Special Prices section will not be refunded, as they are on sale and the money will be paid in the form of a voucher to spend in store with no expiration date.

Los productos que estén en la sección de Archive Sales no se realizará la devolución del dinero pagado, ya que están en promoción y se abonará el dinero en forma de vale para gastar en tienda sin fecha de caducidad.
