To keep your colored covers in optimal condition, you can use acetone or soapy water.

We recommend avoiding contact with areas containing design prints to preserve their quality.

National shipping is FREE on orders OVER €70.

Express : Delivery 24 hours after placing the order (working days): Price €7.90. Not valid for personalized bags and handmade products (mineral collection).

Standard : FREE on orders over €70 and €3.90 on orders under €70. Delivery time 2-5 working days from when it leaves our offices.

Personalized bags with initials take between 3-5 business days to leave our offices since they are made one by one.

During sales or holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends or in August), delivery times may be longer than those established.

The money paid for products in the Special Prices section will not be refunded, as they are on sale and the money will be paid in the form of a voucher to spend in store with no expiration date.

Tienes 15 días desde que recibes tu pedido para devolverlo, siempre que los productos estén en perfecto estado.

Cambio de producto: Rellena el formulario y prepararemos el nuevo pedido mientras nos devuelves el original.

Tarjeta regalo (validez 1 año): Sin coste de devolución.

Reembolso: El cliente asume los gastos de devolución (5€ en España / 10€ fuera de España).

Los productos que estén en la sección de Archive Sales no se realizará la devolución del dinero pagado, ya que están en promoción y se abonará el dinero en forma de vale para gastar en tienda sin fecha de caducidad.
